Partner (admitted 1992) with over 25 years’ experience working on a variety of property related cases to all levels of complexity, Elaine specialises in advising Registered Providers and has in-depth experience in acting on land acquisition and disposals of both freehold and leasehold properties in development schemes (including mixed use developments) from inception through to completion, as well as negotiating and advising on development agreements. Elaine is also highly experienced in advising on Landlord & Tenant issues, general commercial property matters and on HCA regulatory matters ancillary to property acquisitions and disposals.

Elaine previously sat on the Board of Women in Social Housing, which she continues to support regularly. In 2013 Elaine was winner of Construction Lawyer of the year.
