Mark has over 25 years’ experience of representing business clients in commercial disputes and in non-contentious real estate work, including Commercial Landlord and Tenant and Property Finance. His work typically involves the acquisition and disposal of commercial property (both freehold and leasehold), funding and security work (including acting for several leading UK banks), Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters including 1954 Act issues, easements, licences, surrenders, forfeiture, rent arrears, dilapidations.

On the dispute resolution side of his practice, Mark will advise on matters involving complex contractual claims, professional negligence, commercial property litigation, building and construction disputes.

Mark has acted for clients all over the world from England, Ireland, USA, Europe, the Far East and Australia in relation to their UK business and investment interests.

Mark is also a Commercial Mediator, and has acted in a wide range of Civil and Commercial Disputes, such as contractual claims, property disputes, building disputes and professional negligence claims.
