Consultant and Head of Contentious Probate (admitted 1979). Nick deals with the affairs of high net worth individuals, their Wills, Estate Administration and Inheritance Tax Planning. He also has expertise in disputes relating to the validity of Wills, claims under the 1975 Inheritance Act and for breach of Trust and disputes over the joint ownership of property. Nick is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
