Sarah is the Human Resources Manager and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She joined in 2002 from a City of London Law firm and is responsible for managing the Human Resources service across the firm. Sarah is also responsible for training, development and recruitment and works closely with the Practice Director and Partners to implement and maintain strategies and policies in line with the firm’s vision and culture.
